Return Policy

Full-priced items may be exchanged or returned for store credit with 14 days of purchase. Item must be in original unworn/unused condition, with tags still attached, to be eligible for an exchange or return. Any item that smells of cigarette smoke, detergents, or any other odor will be turned away. We reserve the right to reject any returning product that does not comply with our return policy. 

Any item purchased at a discount is final sale. 

In-Store

Bring the item you wish to exchange/return in during store hours within 14 days of purchase and we'll help you out there!

Online

Email us at hello@shopclad.com to initiate a return. Customer is responsible for return shipping, and the cost of shipping out a new item if you would like a different size. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery, and we will process them within 3 days of receiving. Online orders can also be exchanged/returned in store. 

To avoid having to return an item, we strongly encourage you to reach out if you need help with sizing. We're more than happy to send specific measurements along!

Holiday Extension

Items purchased during the holidays (December 1-24) may be exchanged or returned until January 15 as long as they meet our exchange/return criteria.
