Return Policy

Full-priced clothing items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Item must be in original unworn/unused condition, with tags still attached, to be eligible for a return. Any item that smells of cigarette smoke, detergents, or any other odor will be turned away. We reserve the right to reject any returning product that does not comply with our return policy. 

Personal care products (nail polish, lip balm, Everyday Oil) are final sale.

Any item purchased at a discount is final sale. 

In-Store

Bring the item you wish to return in during store hours within 14 days of purchase and we'll help you out there!

Online

Email us at hello@shopclad.com to initiate a return. Customer is responsible for return shipping, and the cost of shipping out a new item if you would like a different size or item. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery, and we will process them and issue store credit within 3 days of receiving. Please note: If you return an item from an order with "free shipping over $", that cost of shipping will be deducted from the store credit you are granted. Online orders can also be returned in store. 

To avoid having to return an item, we strongly encourage you to reach out if you need help with sizing. We're more than happy to send specific measurements along!

Holiday Extension

Items purchased during the holidays (December 1-24) may be returned for store credit until January 15 as long as they meet our return criteria.
